40 lovely candidates of the Bb Pilipinas 2016 paraded around the Araneta Center riding the trendy Miata cars last April 9 at around 4pm. Each Bb. Pilipinas 2016 candidates wears a rainbow colored swimsuit and headdress designed by Domz Ramos, a perfect colorful swimsuit design to fit for the summer season.

The candidates started at Novotel Manila Araneta Center and went around up to the Smart Araneta Coliseum where they stop for awhile to present themselves to the media, public and fans.

Also at the event, Bb Pilipinas reigning queens were on a colorful float. Present are: Bb Pilipinas Supranational 2015 semifinalist Rogelie Catacutan, Miss International Top 10 Janicel Lubina and Miss Intercontinental 2015 1st Runner up Christi McGarry.

The Bb. Pilipinas 2016 delegates have participated in a gamut of pre-pageant activities like a visit to cancer-stricken kids at the Philippine Children’s Medical Center; and the fashion show and national costume competition at the Kia Theater last April 6, the voting for the best national costume is now open, you can vote online at https://www.facebook.com/realbbpilipinas/posts/1062936300429954

The parade of beauties is a prelude for the Grand Coronation Night that is scheduled on April 17th at the Smart Araneta Coliseum and will be aired live on ABS-CBN. Miss Universe 2015 and Bb. Pilipinas 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will be there for the turn over of the new reigning queen for Bb Pilipinas 2016. The event will be hosted by Xian Lim and KC Concepcion with Laura Lehmann.

Apologies for the non sharp capture and presence of blur on the photos, my tele lens is new and I haven’t set it to the right setting for day time captures. I also got problems in capturing the candidates on a speeding Miata cars.
