The night in KIA Theater in Araneta Center glows a lot of beauty that comes from the 40 candidates of Bb. Pilipinas 2016. The pageant is getting wilder and bolder, because we’re still not over celebrating the victory of our Miss Philippines and Miss Universe 2016 crowned queen – Ms.Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach.
The most interesting part of the pageant this year is who will be the next to follow Pia Wurtzbach’s foot steps to earn the Miss Universe 2016 crown
Its my first time to cover the fashion show and traditional gown competition, and this is also my 2nd Bb Pilipinas blog coverage. I arrived at the venue at almost 9pm and then I learned that I missed the JAG fashion show. But that was okay for me, because the most important part of the show is the traditional gown competition.
Im glad that my spot near the photographers’ pit is clear from any obstructions.
Here are the top 6 of the traditional gown competition. The official count is really 5 winners only, but there’s a tie scorer and they will share a slot for the final judging.

Take note that the gown is being scored and judge here, the Bb Pilipinas projection on stage and presentation of gown is also important. With better presentation will get to earn a good score for the contest.

It was 2014 when I first cover the Bb. Pilipinas presentation of candidates, that year, MJ Lastimosa won the BB. Pilipinas 2014, and then at the Miss U 2016, she was included at the top 10 finalist.
