At SM Directors Club Cinema, movie experience is leveled up with its La-Z-Boy chairs, in-your-seat butler service and state-of-the-art projection system. It would not be complete without food, Snack Time is available at the cinema entrance and offers a variety of food choices like Bacon-wrapped German Frank Sandwich, Aloha Hotdog Sandwich, Cheeseburger, Beef Nachos and Flavored Fries.

La-Z-Boy chair, comfiest seat ever! Careful though, don’t adjust it like a bed or you’ll feel super comfortable that you may doze off while watching.

Inside the cinema, spacious and I like that there are black cover around you so you can’t see the stairs lights at the side and heads in front of you. Also CR is steps away from your chair located at the top.

Adequate screen space and clear projection on the screen.

Push this button for a butler to come to you if ever you need something.

Snack Time food delivered to you! They delivered the food like course menu, first with flavored fries (chose Sour and Cream) with Iced Tea, then Beef Nachos and Bacon-wrapped German Frank Sandwich (had no pics because it was served in the middle of the movie).

Back to the movie, Sophie Turner's Jean Grey a.k.a. Dark Phoenix returns on the latest X-men movie saga and wrecks havoc on everyone with her uncontrollable power.

In the trailer, we see Jean Grey and the rest of the X-men going on a space rescue mission. But ended in catastrophe as Jean Grey was almost killed when hit by a mysterious cosmic force. The cosmic power made her unstable and consumed by a great and infinite power she can't control.

"When I lose control, bad things happen to people I love"

Everything falls apart around Jean and she became the Dark Phoenix. The X-men must stop the Dark Phoenix and save Jean from the destruction and corruption happening outside and inside of her existence.

This was a nice closure to the 12 X-men movies, the power of the Phoenix and her struggles were adequately shown and there are 2 action scenes that stood out from the movie. I felt that the movie fall short of the expectations of being grand and emotionally captivating that merits the end of an era. Michael Fassbender / Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence / Mystique, Nicholas Hoult / Beast and Sophie Turner’s Dark Phoenix has their moments in the movie that are noteworthy in performance. Bonus, there’s a cameo in the movie that reminded me of the intro of the Animated Uncanny X-men.

Dark Phoenix is produced by 20th Century Fox and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. The final installment of the X-men movie series is written and directed by Simon Kinberg, and movie stars featuring James McAvoy as Charles Xavier / Professor X, Michael Fassbender Michael Fassbender as Erik Lehnsherr / Magneto, Jennifer Lawrence as Raven Darkhölme / Mystique, Nicholas Hoult as Hank McCoy / Beast, Sophie Turner as Jean Grey / Dark Phoenix, Tye Sheridan as Scott Summers / Cyclops, Alexandra Shipp as Ororo Munroe / Storm, Kodi Smit-McPhee as Kurt Wagner / Nightcrawler, Evan Peters as Peter Maximoff / Quicksilver and Jessica Chastain as alien shapeshifter that manipulates the character of Jean/Phoenix.
