Village by Albergus in Quezon City.
IAs part of the event, AVP for Marketing and Business Development, Ms. Arlene Jacosalem,
conducted a brief presentation on the attractive landscape of the municipality of San Mateo and
Amiya Raya as real estate investment prospects.
The Cities and Municipalities Competitive Index currently lists San Mateo as one of the Top Ten
Municipalities in the Philippines. With its own Investment Board, and as part of the on-going
construction of the C-6 Road and San Mateo-Antipolo Toll Expressway, San Mateo presents a
viable and new investment hub for businesses.

captures the essence of the development. The exclusive Asian-themed, residential enclave
