I'm a BlackBerry fan and its great that I got invited to attend this event, and my BlackBerry craze started after I tested that BlackBerry Curve unit for two months and it was a great experience for me and also a way to introduce to old BB users the trackpad device that replaces the trackball. The event was for the The Great White BBM EyeBall, an eyeball party at Republiq, Resorts World Hotel and its a call for all BB and Globe users that were invited via Globe BlackBerry fan page in Facebook and the party event also hosted a contest in gaining the most BlackBerry Messenger Friends. The BBM mania heats up, BBM means BlackBerry Messenger, and a new term was created by the BB users as you can now "BBM" each other, this instant messaging service is an application exclusive to BB users. The event is powered by Globe and being Globe-connected means not only you can call, txt, surf but also you can BBM everyone.
They introduce also this promo offer and get your own colorful BlackBerry Curve 8520 for free in a P1799 Globe Fully Loaded Plan or Prepaid, you can also choose up to P14995 plan. They also have the BlackBerry Bold 9700 plan for only P3799 Globe Fully Loaded Plan and P28995 for prepaid.
Also at the event I got a chance to meet the Globe's BlackBerry Curve style of icons.
