BPI introduces Online Queuing System via BEA Online

The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) makes banking even easier for its loyal customers as it launches another pioneering innovation in its customer service offerings, the BPI Express Assist (BEA) Online queuing system. BEA Online is an online branch transaction appointment system built-in to BPI Express Online, the Bank's online banking platform. This facility enables customers to reserve a time slot for their branch transactions, making branch banking faster and more convenient.

BEA Online is set to revolutionize banking lifestyle as it allows clients to pre-stage their banking transactions in their preferred date, time and BPI branch, which are most convenient for them. Clients can now leisurely arrive according to their appointment and be first in line to accomplishing their banking duties more efficiently, giving them less banking time and more personal time.

"Our clients had a better banking experience when we launched BEA last year. This time we are making it even easier for them as BEA goes online. BEA Online will enable our clients to reduce their waiting time at the branch, through the liberty of arriving there when their branch transaction would be fulfilled.
