Philippine Congress Explosion today

Im watching a news update in Channel News Asia. and they reported that a car bomb exploded infront of the Philippine Congress, and it was in total damage. (as it was reported in the radio too)

6 people were injured

the ground shook and part of the ceiling fell , a poweful blast hits the south wing

the blast occur during the end of the session.
