Bloggers and friends enjoyed a special spa treat at the BlueWater Day Spa new branch and the 1st treat is to have a nice, comfy, relaxing and entertaining treatment at the all new first ever Spa Movie Theater. My entry for the special treatment is to blog about the new spa movie theater and glad that I made it in the list of bloggers who will enjoy a free sessions.
Me and Lace arrived in their Ortigas Avenue, San Juan branch at 7:30pm and after filling up some forms at the front desk, the people of the spa guided us in the hallway and enter the spa movie theater, were we met Francis Simisim, President of BlueWater Day Spa and the bloggers already sitting very comfy in the theater spa seat eating their meals. After the meal, Francis leads the spa tour and brought us to the different kinds of rooms and special rooms for their customers. I just found out that they have a very nice comfort room and all of us bloggers are taken in a tour inside the mens CR and saw that it has its own sauna room, the Cr is spacious and very neat and comfy to a customer. Then we entered the blue lighted alley and if you look at it, you will imagine yourself that you are inside the matrix, we played around while walking and the light gives a relaxing feel before you will enjoy your spa treatment.
I'm not familiar on spa rooms or treatment, but because of this bloggers activity, I get to know more on the spa special massages and the rooms, and espcially, how they look like. The couples room is very nice for couples who want to have their treatment in one place at the same time, this is a good venue for honeymooners to have their spa day off or friends who want to have a break after those long hours of office work or just to relax your day after doing those school chores. Then we saw a room with a group of 5-6 spa bed, its also a good space for a group of spa party, they also have romantic rooms for couples and also a nice spa movie theater which I will post here my experience.
The spa movie theater is all entertainment and relaxing
We were introduced to have this funny and great experience watching a movie in the big screen while having a smooth and relaxing Spa treatment. Francis introduced to us their therapist and they look like flight attendant or stewardess, because of their uniforms and style. They told us to lie down and the lights were turned off and then I saw a big Blue Ray DVD logo on the big screen and then Kung Fu Panda was played from beginning til the end. During the movie, the therapist started to do the spa jobs and then I made a great excuse to laugh during a funny scene in Kung Fu Panda, I just can't avoid the ticklish knees I have and I giggled two times during the start of the knee to foot massage. I just felt very relaxed and whenever there's a comedy scene on the movie, everyone will laugh together and it looks like that we are indeed inside a cinema, which is..we really are in a cinema house except that we have spa chairs, and a therapist in the front. My therapist named Hazel is a great! she found lots of cold spots in my body and I give it a big points for noticing it and agrees to me that I need a lot of relaxation in my body.
And after a 1 1/2 hour of treatment, my body became so light and my hands just got its first massage after some years. It is funny but it is a great experience. The Spa movie theater is a nice venue to host your party or a big group. For only P500 per head, and a total of 28 seats, this will be perfect place to have your own sparty.
The BlueWater Day Spa, is one venue for IT persons, you can check your email and enjoy the free WIFI usage, you can also check your email or chat while having a spa treatment. but you need to bring your own laptops or iphone in order to enjoy the wifi.
