Its a Belkin Laptop Cooling pad and it is perfect for me to use it with my laptop whenever I place it on my bed, pillow or lap. The Belkin laptop cooling fan is best designed for small laptops, but my laptop with a screen size of 17 inches sit perfectly and I can now stay the whole evening on bed using my laptop on my lap.
