Need Help Mapping Precincts in These Regions

We are monitoring closely the mapping of precincts and in the past few days page views have spiked up. NCR is 80% mapped already, but we hope you can help get people from the following regions:

ARMM
Region 1 - Ilocos, La Union, Pangasinan
Region 2 - Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino
Region 4-B - Marinduque, Mindoro, Palawan
Region 5 - Bicol
Region 9 - Zamboanga (probably because of the brownouts)
Region 10 - Bukidnon, Caminguin, Lanao, Misamis
