I saw this new Samsung ST600 DualView in a photography magazine and I'm surprised that they already released the upgraded version of the 2view digital camera of Samsung, that's the dual LCD display, one in the front and and one main LCD in the back of the body of the camera. The previous model was the ST500 and ST550, both of the old models have 2view features and now after a year, comes the much upgraded version and I like their new added features for the Samsung ST600 DualView. (more details below)
here are the new specs of the ST600
- the front LCD is much bigger, it has a 1.8 inch (and old size from ST550 is 1.5 inch)
- 3.5 inch multi touch screen for the main display (same as the old ST550)
- with enhanced optical and digital image stabilization
- you can now touch the front screen to activate the camera
- 14.2 megapixel (old ST550 has 12 megapixel)
- 5x zoom (old ST550 has 4.6X)
- wide angle lens of 27 mm ( the sT550 has a 24mm wide lens)
- child features of front lcd has audio and music
- face recognition, it can save up to 14 faces and it can detect it automatically
- auto take pic when you smile
- auto take pic in JUMPSHOT mode, it can take 3 pics frame by frame
- with smart art filters: from beauty shot, FISH EYE!, miniature, vignette, defog, sketch effect
- with smart auto technology feature
- editing features: resize, rotate, crop, color setting, face retouch, etc.
- can record HD videos 1280x720 in 30 or 15 fps
no price yet and not sure if this will arrive here in the Philippines before the year ends.
