Mindstyle sent over 2 pieces of NBA Collectors Series 1 blind boxes few weeks ago and I remember that this was released last December in the web at Mindstyle website and also the toy designer Coolrain's website. The figures will be available this February 2011 (hopefully) and it will be sold in art toy shops in Manila with a price tag of P840 each blind boxes.
Photo above is from our backyard, I placed the Roy and Stoudemire figure on the pavement infront of the mini basketball. Size of the figure is around 4 1/2 inches or nearly 5 inches.

They have 10 NBA Players hidden in each blind boxes, so if you plan to collect all of them, I suggest grab a whole box that contains 15 pieces of blind boxes.

also they have a secret figure hidden that are not listed above, hmmm who could that be? What's the chase figure for you ? my guess is Kobe Bryant! hehehe
The blind boxes with label but it didn't print on who will be inside the box. That's why its called blind box. After opening the box, you'll see a black plastic that contains the toy figure.
Amar'e Stoudemire
Each figure contains an extra pair of hands and one Spalding basketball. The plastic on the figure is solid and heavy.

You can remove the hands and replace with its extra hands. I was looking for the hand that can hold the ball and I notice the hands and fingers are fixed and there's no way it can hold a grip to the small scaled basketball.

The arm band looks real! Its a piece of cloth that resembles the real arm band.
scale wise... I'm not sure if it follows the height of each players, but I love the scale of the figure.
