Today is day 2 of the 16th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2011 happening today at the Clark Field in Pampanga. I failed to attend the 1st and 2nd day and I already set my plans again to attend the 3rd day tomorrow and after that I will Post my own photo coverage here in my blog.
