Last Sunday was the 1st episode of Jollitown Season 5 that aired at 9am in ABS CBN, I like to apologize that I forgot to blog about it because we are so tired and busy organizing two birthday parties here at home. But its okay, the 1st episode starts with a prologue of a new villain and the importance of these crystals of values that was taken by the villain under the name of Elvira Virus, she’s the empress of all Virus and she have a side kick that looks like Hunyango from She-man’s mistress of the universe. Last season was about the time traveling adventure of Jollibee and friends, they met lots of people from different time and introduce good values to kids they encountered, they waited until the clock tower was restored back to normal and time stop to present day, thanks and no thanks to a time traveler who managed to broke the clock tower at the 1st episode and then helped them restore time and space back to normal.
Here in the new season, the Jollibee friends will explore the entire archipelago in search for the crystal of values that was stolen from the Council of Values up in the heavens, and it’s the job of for Jollibee and friends to bring back the crystals and teach Elvira Virus the moral values that stealing is bad. Jollibee and friends are like the new Avengers, they work together as a team, they have a high tech car that fly, they have Popo a great hip hop dancer, Yum the techie guru, Hetty the cheer leader, Twirlie the dancer and singer and Jollibee the ever loving giant red bee with a chef’s toque and mini tuxedo, but they need help from their young friends in taking the lead and tour them in different cities around the Philippines.
