Photo cover above is
one of the entry that got attracted by my eyes, I just can’t explain why, but I
love this kind of style, maybe because I grew up looking at this design of Sto.
Nino, I remember that we have one at home that is almost 30 years old.
The
events in SM City Batangas is one of the official venue for Batangas City’s

like all the entries and its fun to see that these kids have more experience in
drawing and they captured the scene and essence of fluvial procession of Sto.
Nino.

The Sto. Nino rode a drifting wood
back to Batangas City when it stayed in Cebu, many people can’t explain how the
Sto. Nino went back to Batangas.

Its my 2nd time in SM City Batangas, I'm happy that I'm back here again covering an event, I borrowed my sister's Olympus EPL 3 camera and here I took a test drive shot, I encountered some difficulty in operating that mirrorless dslr, but the sensor are so fast and I feel like that I'll shoot a photo non stop. Its a great moment also to meet new people esp. the staff of SM City Batangas, the artists Bryan, Aris and company and also the town itself - Batangas City.
