I heard this news yesterday and I just didn't believe it at first, because there's no source of info or news about the road blockade to SM Aura, but then I found this VIDEO and it captured the BCDA officer threatens blood shed to the SM Aura Contractor and legal officer. tsk tsk tsk Madadaan naman ito sa usapan di ba, bakit ganun ginawa nila, tapos may dala pa mga escort na may mga high powered guns..samantala gun ban nung week na yun. Ganito ba ang trato ng BCDA kahit sa kanila ang BGC ?
malamang..marami galit sa kanila lalo na dun sa mga biktima na towing sa kalye ng BGC

On May 6 (Monday), government agency Bases
Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) CEO Arnel Casanova went at the
site of SM Aura, a new shopping mall that is soon to open in an adjacent
property leased from the Taguig City government.
Casanova arrived with heavily armed security men (see photos
w/armalites even with the effectivity of the election gun ban) ordering
SM contractors to stop construction on the sidewalk along McKinley
Parkway.
Right after his inspection, a BCDA security officer
went to the site and insisted that he received instruction to stop all
construction along the road. The lady legal officer
representing SM was trying to reason with him but to no avail. Another person, the
contractor explained and showed the BCDA security officer that the
property/access road had the necessary permit. In his futile effort, the
BCDA security rudely insisted that SM should get a court order for it
to continue construction.
A Taguig City government representative came to the scene together with Traffic
Management personnel and confirmed that the contractor's documents from
the Taguig government are in order and has the permit to pave the road
but these efforts were unheeded.
To further prove his point,
BCDA security summoned two (2) trucks to park on the access road to
disrupt construction When the Taguig police asked the driver to back off
and give his license, the BCDA security officer said "wag mo ibibigay
lisensya nyo, bumaba ka na dyan..." Then the driver walked away from the
truck with the key in blatant disregard.
The truck is still parked there with its tires removed, manned by the BCDA security.
Until today, portion of McKinley Parkway is still unpaved and concrete
barricades at the back are still seen, preventing access to the shopping
center.
