I’m so happy today that I have this new lens as my new partner in blogging and photography. This lens haunted me for 3 days and then yesterday, I finally picked up my iPhone and contacted a seller that I found in www.Sulit.com.ph that sells this expensive lens with a very nice deal, its funny that I was in the event of Fujifilm X-E2 launch when I started that last minute mobile shopping. LOL
After my 14-42 m.Zuiko lens broke its AF function and then acquiring a 19mm Sigma lens from a friend, I felt that I still need a wider and standard lens for my Olympus E-PL1.
And here’s my wish…coming true. Olympus m.Zuiko Digital 12-50mm f3.5-6.3 lens right in front of my face and my new partner whenever I go around the country.
and the awesome part here is that….it is priced at $499 in Olympus website and I’m not sure how much it is priced here in our country and I haven’t seen yet this being sold in our local stores. The only way to grab this is from OMD EM5 camera users that will dispose their 12-50mm m.zuiko lens.

its funny that there’s an arrow to show how to switch to zoom and wide.
I’m not sure if Macro will work.. Im going to check some tips on the net on how to use this macro setting

It’s a bit long..but that’s okay, more important is that this can shoot wide and it can zoom up to 50mm.
The digital zoom is quiet and I can now shoot videos without those lens noise.
