Happy
Chinese New Year to all! I don’t have an awesome blog post to feature the CNY
2014 for this year, I’ve been busy and I forgot to include this in my content
plan, bawi na lang ako next year hehehe. But I got some good photos of the set
up of Manila Hotel for their Chinese New Year celebration. There was an event
this morning, but I didn’t make it to attend and cover it, but I already sent my
reporter and writer John Bautista to cover it for our blogs, I heard that the
set up and program is spectacular.
so here are some photos that I took
during our My Manila Hotel tour last week.
Last
time, I was amazed at the set up Manila Hotels’s CNY dragon display at their
lobby, they have a gigantic dragon hanging above the lobby, but for this year,
the set up is a bit simple and glamorous. They have those Chinese lanterns
hanging above the chandelier, that added some color for their set up and
display, I wonder if their lobby hotel staff are in costume, I’m going to wait
for John’s photo coverage of the CNY event earlier.
here’s
a closer look of the lanterns and the chandelier
it
glows!!!
that’s
me inside that cute and joyful café resto that opens only at night in Manila
Hotel.

lanterns in different sizes.

It’s
the year of the wooden horse, so here’s their set up…putting up a set of wooden
horse

Happy
Chinese New Year everyone!!
At
the lobby, they have a set up here for the CNY, and they sell some CNY
