It’s a big surprise for me that they are now developing five star condo units. SMDC shells out a lot of money in building the perfect home and lifestyle centers for us Filipinos, their new project will offer lots of options to home buyers. They say that SMDC Premier’s rate is affordable for their five star condos, I haven’t seen the price yet, but my guess is that the price range is around PHP 2.5M and up.
