Last Saturday, a mommy event was organized by SM Home, Melawars and Urban Kitchen in SM Store, SM Mall of Asia attended by members of the Melawares Cusina Club. My wife Lace was invited to share a talk and tips about "saving time and money in the kitchen". I was surprised that the event was hosted by Ms. Issa Litton and I thought that its just a small event but when we arrived at the venue, we saw that the event was attended by around 30+ mommies. Awesome!
The event started at 2pm, and then me and Lace arrived there at 2:30pm, we were in the middle of buying gift and birthday party supplies in Toy Kingdom when we noticed that it was past 2pm already, we left the store because there’s a long line infront of the counter and we can’t stay there for too long, so we left the items we grabbed and went to SM Store right away.
We were lucky that the 1st segment of the event just finished. They raffled off some Melawares set that day and here are the lucky mommies.
After a few seconds, we learned that the next segment is Lace hahaha

The best tip ever: always use your SM Advantage Card.
There are times that I’m surprise that we go shopping for FREE. Thanks to these plastic cards for the magic.
Lace final tip is to share how to make your own Pancake mix. She shared that buying pancake mix in boxes sold in stores are expensive. But if you have the right ingredients, you can make yourself in an efficient way.
Lace said that you can store the mix inside your ref and then just grab it and fry it whenever you like pancakes every morning.
Lace gave the free pancake mix to one of the audience who volunteered to the pancake mix during the talk.
