Toycon Philippines 2015 radio guesting in 99.5 Play FM and 103.5 KLite FM

June 18, 2015 – It was the day of our ingress time for the event and also a scheduled visit to two radio stations that live next to each other. I’m glad that these two radio stations is located in one building in Paragon Building and their radio office and station is sub divided by a wall.
The radio schedule was moved to an early time and I learned about it that evening, so I rescheduled myself for it and finished some online stuff and editing stuff needed for the main event. I took a nice sleep that evening and braved the traffic in EDSA just to be there on time.

And himala….

I arrived on time and then my group arrived after some minutes.

Mandy and Zee who operates the mid afternoon hour at Play FM told me to enter the booth while we wait for Cholo and the team from IFLIX. I was expecting that our Malaysian toy designer guest Luk Chee Chew will join us, but I learned that their flight was delayed (some sort) and haven’t arrived yet here in Manila.

Cholo was super prepared for the radio guesting, he pop ups his tablet and re-reads his script. Ohhh.. I must do that next time hahaha. Just to keep the air going and going with lots of information about our event.

Mandy and Zee were geekly excited about Toycon Philippines 2015, they even shared their experience from last year and then Zee shared that she wore a Sailormoon costume during Halloween, I told them to try cosplay sometimes at Toycon haha.

We went to the radio station of 103.5 K-Lite FM minutes after the radio guesting in Play FM, here we met DJ Claudine. she plays music that throw us back to the 90s.

OMG. I super love the music.. hahahaha. Our age shows when we all sang with the song aired at K-Lite.

It was a smooth radio talk that afternoon and thanks to K-Lite for guesting us. This is our first time at the station. Thanks also to Mr. Koji for arranging this for our event.
