Few months ago, I took a photo coverage of the Kundalini Yoga session by Rosan Cruz at Discovery Primea, she invited bloggers to have a preview and also try Kundalini Yoga.
Rosan is one of the certified Kundalini Yoga teacher here in Manila with regular class every Monday at Romulo Peace Center in Makati City.
