I'm sure all of you are busy this week and some of you might be celebrating Valentine's Day on a weekend. Sad to say that Feb 14 is right in the smack of a Monday, those lovers, couples and partners might be busy in their day job, office or work at home, and they might plan on going out for a date this weekend. But for singles, hey! you should celebrate Valentine's Day even if you are single! Celebrate the month of Love with your family, parents, grandparents, siblings and your kin.

I was with with the Food Panda PH team last week for the Good Food Tour Philippines food crawl at Alabang Town Center, its my first time to do a food crawl in Alabang and I want them to surprise me what kind of food that I will love this month.

Featured today is Bizu, Cold Stone Creamery and Paper Moon Cafe.
Bizu is loved by girls because of their sweet macarons and strawberry shortcakes. Its one of the preferred date venues because everything is sweet, cute and lovely.
Bizu shared to us their Valentine's Day food offering
1. Pleasure
A cake with layers of pistachio ganache, choco bavaroise with choco biscuit, milk choco disc, raspberry compote and rose perfume

The Pleasure cake is my fave here at Bizu, the flavor inside is very explosive in my mouth. At first I thought that it was strawberry, but it was raspberry. This is a perfect dessert pair with tea of hot coffee.
At first, I'm not a fan of Cold Stone Creamery, my wife and son loves their ice cream, they always visit at their Tagaytay branch. I only appreciated the taste of their ice cream is when I took a chili taste challenge and the only option available to beat a Guinness Book of Record for the world's chilliest hot sauce is to eat an ice cold ice cream. That was the time when I went to their store and ordered one cup of coffee ice cream.
Now every time Im in Tagaytay, I always visit Cold Stone Creamery at Ayala Mall Serin, because I find their ice cream not too sweet and doesn't melt so fast.
Here in Alabang Town Center, they have a branch outside the mall, along with the restaurant belt at the Commerce Ave. wing.
I haven't tried the one with the waffle. so I ordered chocolate ice cream and served with some waffle, and minus the sprinkles, because I dont want to add more sweet to my ice cream.
Cold Stone Creamery staff will prepare it infront of you using their ice cold pan.

Its best to have this right after your heavy dinner.
The fun factor at Cold Stone Creamery is that their staff do stunts, like catching a ball of ice cream and then pass on the cup of ice cream to their customers, if the customer failed to catch it, then the store will have to replace it right away.
For me its a big no no, to catch it, because I dont want to waste my time and also waste food. Its better to not participate in their theatrics and just get my food and ran away.
I got introduced to Paper Moon Cafe when my wife brought me to their branch in SM MOA. Paper Moon Cafe is a Japanese brand of cafe, based in Tokyo.
Their specialty -- lots of layered crepe cake.
Paper Moon Cafe introduces their cold drinks and blended strawberry cheesecake.
Also at the food crawl they unveiled for the first time their new food product
The Red Velvet Mousse Cake!!!
