If you are planning to buy an affordable house and lot that won't hurt your savings, then I want you to check out the socialize housing of Bella Vita. I may sound like a real estate and property seller, but I just want to share some of my findings after I visited one of BellaVita's housing projects in Alaminos, Laguna.
If you read the title, yes that's PHP450,000 for a price of a house and lot, it has a lower cost than buying an expensive car and also if you accumulate your unwanted expenses for a year, you might save more money to buy yourself a house.
Highest price of a house and lot at BellaVita cost PHP 908,000, its still lower than 1M, and that's how they price their housing so that everyone can afford their new home, because owning a home is a basic need and its a human right.
During the tour, I got a chance to unmasked BellaVita's parent company, and it was revealed on the spot that this is under Ayala Land Inc, they chose to use BellaVita Land Corporation, because its easy to sell the house and lot if they carry a different name. Buyers might get intimated whenever they hear Ayala Land, because of its known reputation as a high end developer for housing.
BellaVita was established on 2011, and after 5 years of non stop developing, they opened so many BellaVita communities in all corners of Luzon and also opened some in the VisMin region.
BellaVita's housing is perfect for people who are on the budget, starting a family, OFW, entrepreneurs, and employees with minimum wage.
I just learned that with a PHP3,000 reservation fee and PHP 45,000 down payment or 10% down payment, you can move right away to your new home after you completed all the requirements. Then you get to require to pay amortization fees at least PHP3,500 and PHP 500 association dues every month.

BellaVita only sell a bare house, you just need some budget to do the furnishing and interior decors. Accdg to our BellaVita contact, furnishing can cost up to PHP90k to PHP 150k (that's good for Gemelli house with 2nd floor)
Yup Gemelli house doesn't have a 2nd floor, but they allow you to add 2nd floor room, only Gemelli house is the only qualified to have it. Poli End and Poli Inner is strictly for one floor only.
Poli Inner is the most low cost of the three kinds of BellaVita homes. Because they are located at the middle of a group of Poli Inner and between Poli End or Gemelli.

I learned that BellaVita doesn't have any swimming pool or club house, they refused to build one because the price of the housing will increase, so they stick their price lower than PHP 1 Million.
But instead they added this function area where you can host parties and private events.

The grassy area is also good for hang out and picnics.
BellaVita also have an open parking with a fee.
One of the best is that.... BellaVita is skateboard friendly! and of course bike friendly too.
