The movie is about the story of 4 beauties and their personal life issues, starring: box office comedy queen Ai Ai delas Alas as Charla, a single mom hoping to complete her family, Carmi Martin as Tisay, a mistress who is desperate to have her own family, Zsa Zsa Padilla as Mabel, a martyr wife who will do anything to keep her family from falling apart, and Beauty Gonzales as Sophie, a millennial young woman who fully supports them.
BES AND THE BESHIES will go around the life of these 4 women and how they can solve their own issues and problems. The situation of each character mirrors on what's happening in real life. Some of us are like the character of Ai Ai, Carmi, Zsa Zsa and Beauty, we can easily relate and it might make sense that these characters are maybe from real life people.
The movie is a collaboration of two award winning film makers. Director Joel Lamangan, who is known as the director of Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah, Mano Po 4: Ako Legal Wife, Your Place or Mine, That Thing Called Tanga Na and Foolish Love. The movie is written by Ricky Lee, who is also the screenwriter for blockbuster movies -- Ang Tanging Ina, and Tanging Ina N'yong Lahat, also starred by Ai Ai Delas Alas.
The movie is a Cineko Productions presentation and it will be distributed by Regal Entertainment

Zsa Zsa Padilla shared to us that she was challenged to do a role of a probinsyana with a Bisaya accent. Under the strict direction of Joel Lamangan, Zsa Zsa did her best to get the right Bisaya accent for her role, although that there are times that the director always get mad whenever she didn't get the right Bisaya accent, but Zsa Zsa isn't worried because she knows she's in good hands under director Joel Lamangan.
Ai Ai delas Alas shared to us that she will be playing as a single mom again, and we're very familiar to that role because in some movies that she appeared as a lead actress, all character she portray is always a single mom. But for BES AND THE BESHIES, its a different role as a single mom, because the personal issue of Charla's character are not so common.
Ai Ai also comments on Carmi Martin's acting and she said that she's so funny for her character as Tisay.
Young actor Nikko Natividad shared to us that his role is about the confusing personality of his character Dan, the son of Charla (Ai Ai) in the movie BES AND THE BESHIES. He said that the movie will reveal if his character is gay or straight --- its hard to tell, but the visuals can spoil you if you saw the trailer.
