Me and wife visited Cafe Eight last Sunday for a brunch special and I'm surprised to see that their brunch buffet special is loaded with lots of food on the buffet table and there's also a special buffet for kids. I will post more about these soon.

Cafe Eight buffet table for their monthly buffet special always decor it according to theme. Last month they featured Sabor Latino, a South American food special, and for October they are featuring popular cuisine from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and also from the Philippines.

I expect to see some Beef Rendang, but I think that is offered on a different day. But Im happy to see some of my fave SEA food here at Cafe Eight.

Im giving a two thumbs up for their Kare Kare. I like the peanut Kare Kare sauce and the softness of their ox tail.

I've tried the steamed grouper here at Cafe Eight, they always cook it and prepare it in a very tasty way.

There's no beef rendang yet when I visited, but Im happy to go back at the buffet for their green curry chicken

The Satay is also good. You can pour over some peanut sauce to add more flavor.
The peanut sauce taste similar to their Kare Kare sauce but more tastier than the Kare Kare.
PANDAN JELLY
The Pandan Jelly is perfect to sweeten up my buds and eliminate the spice aroma left on my mouth after eating the spicy food.

Its a very popular dessert from Indonesia, the sweet level is low, you have to adjust it yourself it you want a much more sweeter taste.

Im happy to see that they still offer the Peruvian spicy chicken. It is my new fave here at Cafe Eight and I first tasted it when I dine in for their Sabor Latino last month. I think the dish is main stay here in Cafe Eight. I will go back here again for this Peruvian spicy chicken.
