The launch here in Glorietta mall is one big milestone for Philippines, because we can now use digital funds in acquiring physical goods. It looks that its hard to use it, but trying it you'll learn that it is so easy to use it.

I went to the counter and I saw these Globe GCash sign
We used our Globe GCash app to scan the QR Code and we are brought to another screen to key in the price of our shopping cart.
The counter lady also bring out her phone to wait for the SMS message to confirm my payment.
In less than 10 seconds, I paid my item with no hassle. The counter lady received the SMS confirmation in less than 2 seconds after I sent my payment via Globe GCash.

And some stores and restaurants are now accepting GCash payments, just ask the counter person if they are accepting so that you can use your phone and GCash app right away.
