Our contact from the Resorts World Manila team invited us to witness and attend the 2017 Christmas tree lighting at Belmont Hotel. We haven't visited the hotel yet and this made me and my wife get an interest to visit and take a peak inside Belmont Hotel.
We're tempted to book an overnight stay few months ago, but the scheduling from our event is always loaded and if ever I invited my wife to come with me to have a stay at Belmont Hotel, there are times that she will say that shes tired to travel and want to stay home.
It was us bloggers who are present to cover the tree lighting event. Thanks to Mae for being our guide that night hahaha-- we don't know where we're going because the lobby of Belmont Hotel is so small.
The Christmas tree lighting stated at around 7pm and all hotel guest and staff of the hotel gather around the ceremonial button for the lighting event.
It was a fast and simple ceremony and its cute to see that even if they have a small lobby, they still got an awesome ceremonial activity for Christmas.

Kid chorale sang our favorite Christmas songs and later on Santa Claus showed up and gave them each some gifts. We're laughing so much because the one dressing up as Santa is one of the hotel staff.

My favorite part of the Christmas tree lighting here at Belmont Hotel is to sip and drink this yummy warm Mule wine.. Finally!!! my Christmas is complete!
I first tasted mule wine when I was in Sofitel, but during their Christmas tree lighting event last night --- they ran out of mule wine and I felt sad after knowing it..but then thanks to Belmont Hotel for serving this to us!!!
