Cafe Eight of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City are offering a Latin American inspired buffet -- Churrasco. A kind of BBQ - chicken, lamb, beef, liver or seafood are grilled on a large skewer and a chef will serve this on your table, they will slice the beef according to your preference and serve it in front of you.
The Churrasco style buffet are offered in all Sunday Brunch this January 2019 in Cafe Eight at Crimson Hotel Filinvest.
Rate is at PHP 2100 nett for the Sunday Brunch with Churrasco buffet and plus free flowing beers, wine and juice. Offered from 12nn to 3pm on a Sunday.
I went there at Cafe Eight to experience the Churrasco style buffet. It will be my 2nd time to try it, and would you believe that my 1st time to experience this was from years ago in a hotel resort in Cebu. Its great to see that our hotels here in Manila are now exploring different kinds of food from Latin America.

At the Sunday Brunch, you also get to try their different dishes around their buffet. Feel free to visit the Local dishes, Spanish dishes, Latin American dishes, Japanese and also desserts.

Sausages on Churrasco are being serve on your table, no need to stand up and claim your meat
You can choose -- lamb leg, beef sirloin, pork meat, and liver.
You can also choose the right sauce for your meat. Its available at the Churrasco corner, but you can ask the chef or resto staff to get one for you.
Grilled liver. Im not sure if this is pig’s liver or cow’s liver.
There’s carded note on your table, flip it to green color if you want more Churrasco serving on your table, or you can flip to the red color if you no longer want to be served.
Since there are lots of diners that day, its hard for the chef to check each table for this colored note, but if you want to get served right away, ask for the staff to call the chef for you. Its much faster and easier.
Seafood Paella -- wow! This is the best paella I tasted, so creamy and I like the seafood combination, its a really heavy meal and I partnered it with my Churrasco.
Cafe Eight also serve some Kapampangan dishes, a kind of local dishes that they are proud of serving. I heard that their chef is from their partner hotel--- Quest Hotel in Clark, Pampanga
Their fried FROG is the best!!!

Japanese sushi too.

That day, they served us rhum cocktails. Wow the first glass is the strongest. The next was quite okay.
My fave food here in Cafe Eight - Fried Frogs, Kalderetang Kambing and the seafood Paella.
For me their Kalderetang Kambing is the big winner!!!! Sobra malasa and masarap.
Its just the start of the year 2019 and we got the first foodie experience at Crimson Hotel Filinvest. Im now excited to try their next food special next month.
