Mediterranean Food Festival in Spiral, Sofitel Manila

You get to enjoy a week long food adventure at Spiral as they feature different kinds of food from Morocco, Spain, South of France, Italy, Greece and Lebanon starting from January 21, 2019 and til the Le Grand Sunday Brunch on January 27, 2019.

At the Mediterranean food fest you get to try Morocco's Chicken Tajine, Chicken Pastilla, Seafood Couscous, Tabbouleh and Chebakia

For Spain, you can try the ever famous Paella, Tortilla de Patata with Chorizo, Chochinillo Asado, Gazpacho and some tapas

For France, Spiral's specialty such as Bouillabaisse, Pissaladiere, Provençal Beef Daube, Anchoiade, Salad Niçoise and desserts like Tarte Tropezienne and Lavender Crème Brulee, are all available at the Sprial's French Atelier.



For Italy, Spiral will feature the Italian signature dishes like the Veal Saltimbocca, Italian Grilled Fish, Caprese Salad, Beef Lasagna and desserts Tiramusu and Panna Cotta

For Greece - Moussaka, Gyros, Fasolada, Tzatziki, Greek Salad and sweet desserts like Galaktoboureko and Amygdalota

For Lebanon - Lamb Kofta, Sayadiyah, a spread of mixed Lebanese grilled favorites, Tabbouleh, Hummus Beiruti with Meat, and signature desserts like Baklava, Umm Ali, Cheese Kunafa and Halawet el Jibn.

MEDITERRANEAN COOKING CLASS WITH SPIRAL MASTER CHEF JULIEN COSSÉ
Witness an interactive culinary affair as Spiral Master Chef Julien Cossé shares his expertise in
Mediterranean gastronomy in a cooking class to be held on the 24th of January 2019, 4-5pm at the French Stove. Rate is set at Php1,500 nett per person.
