Hahahha..it’s the end of summer and here I am posting a halo halo tip. Pero oks lang naman siguro yan. Because its hard to find a cheapo halo halo when you are in Tagaytay City. We went to Mahogany Market to get a nice halo halo fest because we felt disappointed in our trip to Balite falls, because the falls was closed by the local government and even the locals there are forbidden to enter the complex because of some land dispute.
To cool down and beat the heat, we went to our “suking” carinderia, we went to Aling Nenita’s canteen and we inquired if they have halo halo, she told us that they sell halo halo for a cheapo price but the ran out of ice to shave for our halo halo. Another added disappointment, then we asked around the market if there are other stores that sell halo halo. The tawilis fish vendor told us that we should try the halo halo a the end of the carinderia belt of Mahogany Market.
Out of 10 carinderia, we found one that sells halo halo for a price of PHP45.
Its better to grab one for a price of PHP45, but that’s okay..we need to cool down and chill.
