Yesterday, Brother Philippines launched their Customer+ Loyalty Program, a loyalty program that can benefit the users who are techie or non techie. They will be invited to a series of workshop and seminars, a learning ground for users who want to learn how to take care, how to use and even trouble shoot the Brother products they bought and own.

The loyalty program members will also receive exclusive information about Brother’s next product, sales and events. They are also placed as the top of the line customers, always first and a priority for having a brand loyalty to Brother.
Take note that the users who officially bought the Brother products with warranty and online registered are entitled for the loyalty program.
Brother, known as a maker of printer, scanner and computerized mini sewing machine will focus now on engaging to their customers in order to build a long life customer and brand relationship, this will place Brother’s service to perform better because they can know what their customers really want after buying the product.

At the event, they introduced three members of their loyalty program, these are people who are users of the product and they came from different industry. Each of them attended the Brother workshop and seminar. The members are from the pawnshop industry, oil explorer and a house wife.
They mentioned that the Brother printer and other machines are very intimidating, because its big and high tech, and it comes with a thick manual, new users got the fear of using a new high tech machine. With the help of the Brother seminar program, they learned on how to trouble shoot and even expand the use of the Brother products. Mostly used by them are Brother printers.
A housewife even mentioned that when she learned the tricks on how to use a Brother laser printer, she started to use it for her son’s wedding invitation, and now she’s more inspired to do more, she’s now planning to put up a invitation layout and printing business.
The two other users also learned the new feature of the Brother printers with wifi.
