A very tempting item

Im here in Sm Toy Kingdom and saw this Transformers G1 Jazz encore and the price drops to P500 only. Im thinking if i'l buy this for my collection.

But still thinking if i'l buy a big off road RC car or a Snorkel gear. Been planning to have an item for this summer.

What do you think is the best?

The Marica Gonzales letter and the toyoserye

Few days ago, I just received this letter from Marica Gonzales and its about her missing husband who is a soldier in Mindanao who never came back home to his family, then I shared this to my networks and we just found out that this letter that is well written and looks like more scripted, is a big viral campaign for this soy sauce called Marica. And now they had invaded the Youtube space and posted this commercial tele serye ad of the soy sauce.

And after watching the tv ad, we finally saw Marica Gonzales on the video and this soy sauce.

Here's my question... how did they got email? because if it is a spam and then there might be a local network might be sharing our email addresses. This is kinda freaky.. It will be more better if they posted that in some forums or social networking sites rather than sending it to us privately in our email. Well, I think that's viral marketing and what it can do it us.. lose credibility in the first place, laugh at it and glad they released it quickly that it is a viral ad for a soy sauce. I'm wondering what if this news breaks out on our local broadsheets and tv news ?

hmmm.. It's a brilliant idea, and now I'm subscribing to its Youtube channel hahahaha.
to see more of Marica.

TV5 Bloggers event and party @ Red Box, Greenbelt

TV 5 organized a bloggers event and party at Red Box, Greenbelt 3 and too bad that I went there so late and already missed the celebrities and whole cast of their tv shows Midnight DJ, LipGloss and Flow. But glad that there are lots of food in the buffet area and I went there first and ate my dinner. Myk and the TV5 people raffled off lots of stuff like grocery package, DVD player, Gameboy micro and many more. They also gave lots of loot bag to all bloggers who were present.

After the party and meal, everyone enjoyed singing and took over the mic, but after some songs, Myk will raffle off again and enjoyed super the thrill and party-han with our blogger friends. The TV 5 bloggers party is also a teaser and soft launch of their 3rd season shows at TV 5 and looks like that their tv station is getting big and having a lot of growth already. thanks to TV5 and kudos to all your staff for making everyone happy and enjoy the great time at Red Box.

Listening to Eraserheads music just helped me

It helped me power up my creative juices in layouting this poster ad and marketing kit for an upcoming event that I am cooking. Its very nice to listen to good music and sing around while working on something, glad that my pc is working properly with me and never encounter a single crash and stock up. Sometimes I encounter lots of pc stock ups after a tremendous amount of clicks and tabs when using photoshop. And at last, this 11 page kit is over and a kick ass goosebump teaser will be released soon. Now I need to present this to my group and have a presentation for it.

I know there will be minor revisions in the layout, but I highly accept it and recommend that they need to do a double check and proof read, because my fingers doesn't stop in typing here in my blog and it looks like I'm on a high hahahah.

love to listen to Eheads music, and a couple of days I will buy my own ticket, and on the other side still hopes for a media pass ID in covering the event on March 7, 2009 at SM Mall of Asia. This post was supposed to be about my event, but it turns out that the production note blog post turned into an Eraserheads update hahaah.

I just got tired of posting an update about the Eheads concert, but don't worry, I will post the juiciest news here soon, just keep updated here. And also, nice to meet everyone, esp. that I met first time in some events, and I just can't believe that my name is very popular and this blog too because of the Eheads concert last year..whew!

will post more updates..and time for me to take a bath and do some meetings later.

NEC TwinPOS3500G1is now in the Philippines
February 16, 2009 - NEC is in the Philippines for 30 years in the retailing industry and also as a solution provider for our local businesses and offices. Few weeks ago, NEC launches the TwinPOS3500G1 in the Philippines and as they say it is more cheaper than the competitor brand. If you are not familiar with the brand model, all you have to do is go to the nearest fast food center and check out the monitor infront of them, pressing some buttons on screen and generate a report and total of food you order, that's the machine we are talking about.
Read more below
Almost all fast food center, ticketing office, cafe, restaurants and front desk usually have this kind of touch screen PC, they use it in getting your orders, checking out the price of the item, or book your ticket for a flight or concert, or check if door number 8 is occupied. The NEC TwinPOS3500G1 is the all new touch screen PC with a compact base and design, and because of its small compact size the TwinPOS3500G1 can fit on top of desks or counters and it can save more space for the user. The TwinPOS3500G1 is powered by its own OS, Windows XP, but the difference is that it is not just an ordinary Windows XP. Microsoft created its own WinXP just for the TwinPOS and the application support for WinXP is supported til year 2016. But don't fret if you will get one for your office, the license fee for the WinXP is much lower and it includes a certificate and retail application, according to the NEC rep. who shared this to us during the media launching event. The screen is smooth like a laminated soft cover, and it will receive 3 million touches and points til it wears off. The TwinPOS is fanless, means that it generates a low power consumption and because that there is no fan to suck out oil, dust or smoke, the unit is water proof and it will hold on and never be damaged if ever a lot of dirt will come on its surface.

The TwinPOS3500G1 has a flash memory and keyboard less unit. It has USB hubs and card swiping machine,a LAN, and a choice of storage of either a PATA 2.5GB flash memory or SATA 80GB hard drive, Memory is DDR SDRAM 512MN, and CPU runs on a ULV Celeron M 600 Mhz.
Here are other specs

Operator Display - 12.1 inch SVGA full color TFT LCD with touch screen
Customer Display - 20x2 alphanumeric display (optional)
Magnetic card reader - ISO 1/2 (optional)
Power - AC 100-240V (+6%, -10%) maximum 1.2A
Energy consumption - 60W (maximum), less than 1W when power turned off
External Dimensions - 292 (W) x 203 (D) x 314.44 (H) mm ( when fitted with customer display)
Weight - 5.5 kg ( when fitted with customer display)
OS - Windows Embedded for Point of Service

more photos in my album at

bloggers commentary
because of its small size and light weight, the POS unit will be a big advantage if you want to save a lot of space in your work area, but the sad part of it is that you should wait for a new upgrade and technology for the PATA flash memory, they say that PATA will be the new data storage device system in the future and for the looks of it in this POS unit, I think they are right!. The unit can stand heat and cold, but don't put it near your gas stove or super wet area, we are still not sure if the electric plug is water proof too, but testing it in a wet place is not a good idea, but the whole terminal is dust, heat, and water proof. Perfect for the Food and Beverage industry, but also a perfect unit for data banks and directory storage.

My favorite Spa Treatment at BlueWater Day Spa

I went to the Travel and Expo Tour few weeks ago and there we met Francis Simisim,President of Blue Water Day Spa. I met him at the booth of Blue Water Day Spa and I just got my first massage treatment in my back and it was called a shiatsu massage. it was funny because it was my first time to have a shiatsu massage in my back and it was very relaxing, and I let Lace to shoot a video of me lying my body and face down and I feel a rejuvinating feeling and the big weight on my back are gone.

At the Travel and Tour expo, Francis introduced to us their new branch in San Juan, and it was the first ever Spa Movie Theater, you can read more about my feature of the spa movie theater here at . Also many people is familiar with BlueWater Day Spa, and the one comes in to their mind is their other branches in Manila and Makati with spa centers. But today many people are starting to be aware on the new branches and changes their perception that BlueWater Day Spa is not only a massage center, but also a venue for spa treatment and relaxation. ( read more below )

After a few weeks, I won as one of the bloggers to enjoy the Spa movie theater at the BlueWater Day Spa in near Greenhills, and I got my 2nd ever foot spa, body and head massage. I'm very impressed on my therapist as she found lots of cold spots in my body, and I'm very impressed that she can spot those cold muscles in my body, the best massage I ever got is the hand massage. I never have a hand massage ever in my life and I felt very relax after it and got a great recommendation from my therapist named Hazel to get a a full shiatsu massage, I will definitely visit the spa soon to have my session.

my list of favorite Spa Treatment at BlueWater Day Spa is the Shiatsu massage - even that I got a short treatment at the Travel and Tour Expo, I just felt great after it, and it fixes the flow of blood in my body and looks like that I can breathe easily, I dunno if you have experienced it, but my feeling is great for a first timer. I'm not sure on how much is the treatment, but I know for me the price of that treatment is affordable. And I highly recommended that you should try it, you can ask for advice here in my blog if you want to know more about my experience, and I will post more BlueWater Day Spa here in my blog and social networks just to relay my experience and also a review of my spa treatment.

I just joined this blogging activity and you can read more about it at

Here' is the video of BlueWater Day Spa Capitol Hills, which will be opened and launched next week

Bluewater Day Spa Capitol Hills Branch is open every Mon-Thu, 2PM to 11 PM and Fri-Sun 11AM-12MN. For reservations and appointments, please call 435-0114, 473-0455 and 952-4829.

Blue Water Day Spa movie theater sessions

Bloggers and friends enjoyed a special spa treat at the BlueWater Day Spa new branch and the 1st treat is to have a nice, comfy, relaxing and entertaining treatment at the all new first ever Spa Movie Theater. My entry for the special treatment is to blog about the new spa movie theater and glad that I made it in the list of bloggers who will enjoy a free sessions.

Me and Lace arrived in their Ortigas Avenue, San Juan branch at 7:30pm and after filling up some forms at the front desk, the people of the spa guided us in the hallway and enter the spa movie theater, were we met Francis Simisim, President of BlueWater Day Spa and the bloggers already sitting very comfy in the theater spa seat eating their meals. ( Read more below)

After the meal, Francis leads the spa tour and brought us to the different kinds of rooms and special rooms for their customers. I just found out that they have a very nice comfort room and all of us bloggers are taken in a tour inside the mens CR and saw that it has its own sauna room, the Cr is spacious and very neat and comfy to a customer. Then we entered the blue lighted alley and if you look at it, you will imagine yourself that you are inside the matrix, we played around while walking and the light gives a relaxing feel before you will enjoy your spa treatment.

I'm not familiar on spa rooms or treatment, but because of this bloggers activity, I get to know more on the spa special massages and the rooms, and espcially, how they look like. The couples room is very nice for couples who want to have their treatment in one place at the same time, this is a good venue for honeymooners to have their spa day off or friends who want to have a break after those long hours of office work or just to relax your day after doing those school chores. Then we saw a room with a group of 5-6 spa bed, its also a good space for a group of spa party, they also have romantic rooms for couples and also a nice spa movie theater which I will post here my experience.

The spa movie theater is all entertainment and relaxing
We were introduced to have this funny and great experience watching a movie in the big screen while having a smooth and relaxing Spa treatment. Francis introduced to us their therapist and they look like flight attendant or stewardess, because of their uniforms and style. They told us to lie down and the lights were turned off and then I saw a big Blue Ray DVD logo on the big screen and then Kung Fu Panda was played from beginning til the end. During the movie, the therapist started to do the spa jobs and then I made a great excuse to laugh during a funny scene in Kung Fu Panda, I just can't avoid the ticklish knees I have and I giggled two times during the start of the knee to foot massage. I just felt very relaxed and whenever there's a comedy scene on the movie, everyone will laugh together and it looks like that we are indeed inside a cinema, which is..we really are in a cinema house except that we have spa chairs, and a therapist in the front. My therapist named Hazel is a great! she found lots of cold spots in my body and I give it a big points for noticing it and agrees to me that I need a lot of relaxation in my body.

And after a 1 1/2 hour of treatment, my body became so light and my hands just got its first massage after some years. It is funny but it is a great experience. The Spa movie theater is a nice venue to host your party or a big group. For only P500 per head, and a total of 28 seats, this will be perfect place to have your own sparty.

The BlueWater Day Spa, is one venue for IT persons, you can check your email and enjoy the free WIFI usage, you can also check your email or chat while having a spa treatment. but you need to bring your own laptops or iphone in order to enjoy the wifi.

the bloggers spa movie party is one of a kind event. and thanks to BlueWater Day Spa for inviting us.
