Our Lady of Immaculate Conception Church in Oslob was built on 1830 and the church was destroyed by Filipino Guerillas during the World War II and latern on was restored and repaired by the locals. The church nearly got destroyed once again in a fire accident last March 27, 2008, the 19th century image of Our Lady of Guadalupe in the altar received no damaged as it was protected by a glass casing on the altar. The body of the church with made of coral stones stood still while the other part of it was burned down. Today, locals are starting to rebuild the damaged part of the church and installed new materials.
