I got an email about this new Top Torikatsu from Bounty Fresh, I was so busy that time when this was offered to me to try it, I didn’t even bother to Google it or find what it is, I just want the product be delivered here at home and for me to discover what it is. The item arrived here at home and I was out of the country, I started to think what’s the food detail of that Top Torikatsu, the only image that springs into to my mind is a tonkatsu.
I arrived back in Manila after 4 days and my wife cooked a pack of Top Torikatsu for our dinner. Its like a chicken fillet with breadings, and the weirdest part here is that there’s a cheesy flavor inside. I felt that I’m eating a chicken nugget, but this Top Torikatsu is much more tasty and the chicken meat is not that processed. I think they used the whole chicken breast for the Top Torikatsu. I’m not yet satisfied with the taste and I want to try more. I think we did a mistake in cooking it, because it was half over cooked.
In my next test, I will try to cook it in minimal heat. I’m thinking of adding this Top Torikatsu in my sandwich, salad or pasta.
