Its very rare to see a restaurant that offers 5 kinds of Asian cuisine, especially if you are in the middle of nowhere and don’t know what kind of food you want to eat when you are in Pampanga. This restaurant offers Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Korean food. It looks like they got it all for you!

Here we visited POTS: Asian Flavors Restaurant located in Northwalk Shell in Clark, it’s a mini restaurant belt sitting beside Shell gas station, its in the vicinity of Clark Freeport Zone, so if you went to the hot air balloon festival, you’ll spot this at the right side when you start to exit Clark area.

Thanks to Mr. Pekson for suggesting that we should try this restaurant.

POTS is also popular for their shabu shabu or hot pot, you can choose if you want the Chinese style or the Korean style, each shabu shabu style got different ingredients. We didn’t tried their shabu shabu, but we will try it when we visit Clark next time.

here’s the menu:

I received a comment in my Facebook and she said that its expensive here in POTS, for me the price is just right, and its more expensive if you will eat there in Manila. I’m very satisfied with the taste and also the size of their serving.

Next visit, my target is to try the Ramyun and shashimi

Inside POTS

A typical resto that looks like a Chinese restaurant.

First they served to us some small Korean condiments.
Its free….

Viet Fried Spring Roll
PHP 180

Its crunchy from the outside and fresh from the inside. Its best to eat this after dipping in a special vinegar

Calamares
PHP 230

I love squid and this is the tastiest calamares that I have tasted..its soft and not so oily. There’s something good in the squid and I don’t know why, maybe its fresh.

Yangchow fried rice
no price – I forgot to get it

Their yangchow rice is good too!

DSC_0339
Kani salad
PHP 150

My seatmate raided this…haahaha

DSC_0340
POTS Pork Sisig
PHP 220

The version of their sisig is very competitive vs. Aling Lucing’s original version. I gave a two thumbs up for POTS sisig version. The sliced meat is a bit big but its soft and the taste is 2nd place better. I’m sure the Pampanga locals knows how to cook their best version of sisig.

Peking Chicken
half (PHP 225)

Me and Ted are so curious to try this peking chicken. Its good too..especially to the part with the chicken ass side. The sauce dip is best for the peking chicken, don’t forget to dip it first before eating.
