Discovery Suites Ortigas light up their 20-foot tall Christmas tree blended with Circus theme last November 25th, beside the tree is a Ginger bread house with wooden carousel horses and mask.
The Christmas tree lights up after their guest from the Chosen Children Village Foundation helped in hitting the Christmas Strong-man inspired arcade with a Circus mallet, after a three hit combo, the entire lobby of the hotel lights up which was followed by music and songs performed by jazz artist, singers and chorale group from Don Bosco Makati.
Everyone at the lobby didn’t stop in taking selfies with the Christmas tree, ginger bread house and also with circus clowns and jugglers.

Me and my wife Lace was there and we wore a circus inspired head gear. I noticed the theme of the Christmas lighting event when I read in the e-invitation and it mentions that guest are invited to come and wear a circus theme hat. Me and my wife cramped that night and bought the hats in Toy Kingdom in Podium mall.
She got me a jester hat and she bought an angel head gear for her. I told her that I might look silly that evening, but as I step on the lobby of the hotel, I realized that Im blending in with the theme.
Its so fun to see a Christmas tree to light up…. this remind us that we should put up now our Christmas tree at home..Im sure our little boy Ashton will be excited to see it light up. We should also make our own countdown and mini celebration at home.
The lighting event was followed by the turn over of donation of Discovery Suites to their chosen charity beneficiary – the Chosen Children Village Foundation, its an organization that cares for mentally and physically challenged children, and it’s the hotel’s charity since 2013

After the lighting up event, we went to 22 Prime to have a celebration with Discovery Suites Ortigas.
Me and wife super love this restaurant…its like we’re dating again hahahaha. Look at her glowy eyes.
