The
most awaited new smartphone model of LG is finally here in the Philippines,
first sighted during their grand launch and soon it will be available in all LG
store and mobile store nationwide. LG G5 is the new flagship model launched by
LG Philippines last night in Shangri La Hotel The Fort, it first appeared in
Mobile World Congress last February 2016 and it gave a lot of wow factor and
media buzz because of its unique feature and tech specs.
LG G5 became a
game changer in the world of smartphone tech developments, they didn’t stick to
the same type of smartphone but they continued to bring the best and new tech
innovation and we’re so sure that other brands might follow.
The
much talked about Modular Type on the LG G5 body is such a brilliant idea. LG
lets you remove the bottom cover case and its battery and you are allowed to
attach LG components on a modular type devices like camera controller and music
player.
You can attach the LG Cam Plus with additional 1,200mAh battery
on the LG G5, this will let you control the 16MP camera of the phone just like a
real digital camera. Resolution and pixels are not sacrificed, but you are given
a good convenience to control the shutter, aperture, zoom, recording and also
better grip in holding the LG G5 with LG Cam Plus.
For music, the modular
type body of the LG G5 lets you attach the LG Hi-Fi Plus with B&O PLAY,
it’s a device that is also act as a portable Hi-Fi DAC audio player, it gives a
much higher performance when it comes to playing music in 32 bit384Khz high def
playback.

Short
demo with the LG 360 cam
On
my hand is the LG Rolling Bot, its like that droid Bb-8 from the Star Wars:
Force Awakens movie. This Rolling Bot is like a rolling and roving CCTV camera
with controller.
You can control the LG Rolling Bot via WIFI, can
remotely controlled via a LG G5 smartphone. Im not sure if you can control it
with other smartphone brands, but I was told that Android version should be
Marshmallow, to allow App compatibility to control the Bot.
There’s a
walkie talkie function for communication and controls too if you want to have a
play time with your pet dogs and cats.
You
can view the live camera view of the LG Rolling Bot via live and remote stream
to your LG G5 smartphone.
LG
Rolling Bot is the future of CCTV in our homes.
I will buy one once available
in commercial market.
Also
spotted at the booth is the LG Music Flow
A much more wooden-like body –
but looks more better than that old and heavy LG Music Flow
LG
mobile projector.
I will get more info soon about their small
projector
