Kata Philippines sent over this engineering unit of Kata M4s, its a review unit and as you can see there's no box that comes along with it. But that's okay, the most important thing here is that we can check out and see the latest tech added by Kata to their smartphone.
I think this will be the next future plans of Kata, to switch to USB Type C and add more security features such as: tight security pin code requirement and finger print scan to unlock the smartphone.
I got dibs also that the new Kata M4s can has a special app by Kata that enables you to have a US phone number using an application, internet and also an account that you can subscribe in a monthly basis. To others, they call it VoIP, voice over internet protocol. It uses the internet to connect to a US landline phone.

Since the box is not included, Im glad that the warranty card is still available
The Kata M4s and the USB Type C cable for charging and data transfer
It uses a glass screen display, Its texture is a lot more different from other phones that uses Gorilla Glass Corning.
For Kata M4s screen, you can feel the cold temperature when the Kata M4s is on stand by. Because glass screen absorb cold temp.

This time, we might experience a super fast charging and also a high speed data transfer, phone to computer.
Also the home button is now a sensor --- good bye push buttons. That home button is also the finger print scanner.
The right side the Kata M4s is the power button and the volume rocker.
I really hate to see that these buttons are located in one side. I still prefer volume rocket at the left side of the phone

I super love the ivory color of the case of Kata M4s, I think its a glass coated casing.

Powering it up!
During start up of a fresh out of the box Kata M4s, you will be guided by the OS to activate your finger print code for security.
Also, they asked you to choose 4 pin code, just in case the finger print is not working
Im not sure if the home button will work if you have wet hands --- I will post a test soon in my review blog post of the Kata M4s

This is the new Kata M4s...the future of Kata smartphones. Pricing is not yet revealed, but I think the phone will be sold at around SRP PHP10,000 - PHP 11,000
