Cebu Pacific Launches New Pre-ordered Meals

I got the chance to check out the in-flight meals of Cebu Pacific and went to MacroAsia Sats Food Industry in ParaƱaque City to see how they prepare every pre-ordered meal.

Cebu Pacific’s pre-ordered menu consists of savory meals, sandwiches with vegetarian option and noodle dishes.

Here are the yummy pre-ordered meals you can order online for your next flight.

Hainanese Chicken Rice - a Singaporean dish made of steamed chicken, bokchoy, tomato and seasoned rice.

Lechon Paksiw (Roasted Suckling Pig Stew) - Roasted suckling pig (lechon) stewed in an aromatic blend of vinegar, sugar and spices, served with white rice.

Beef Salpicao - tender beef chunks with soy sauce and garlic and served with garlic rice.

Fish fillet in Black Bean Sauce - fish fillet in a sweet and salty sauce made from black beans, served with a side of bok choy and white rice.

Chicken Yakisoba - Stir-Fried soba noodles with savory chicken and crisp vegetables in a sweet and tangy soy based sauce.

Pinoy Spaghetti - Filipino-style spaghetti in a sweet tomato based sauce with sliced sausages and topped with grated cheddar cheese.

There are also sandwich options available which include a vegetarian sandwich.

Roasted Chicken Sandwich with Spinach - toasted panini bread with roasted chicken, sauteed spinach and grated cheddar cheese with garlic aioli spread.

Crab Salad Sandwich - shredded crab sticks and vegetables tossed in a creamy mayonnaise-based dressing with a hint of spice on brioche bread.

Veggie Pesto Sandwich - light and fresh vegetarian sandwich with tomato, lettuce and mozzarella, layered on top of flavorful pesto in ciabatta bread.

All of the meals were delicious and among the pre-ordered meals, I’ll definitely order the lechon paksiw and veggie pesto sandwich on the next air travel. The lechon paksiw has the crunch of pork skin that I love and I like the freshness of the veggie pesto sandwich.

After we tasted and tried all of the meals presented to us, we then proceeded to tour of MacroAsia Sats facilities.
