at last! i found the title of this movie..i watched this movie when i was a kid..way back in 1988..and i love the movie. its all about stamp collecting. back then i got this hobby collecting stamps and trading it with my classmates.which i made it a trend during our elementary days.

About the movie
Stamp collecting becomes anything but a passive hobby for the smooth-talking Tommy when he snatches a valuable stamp. He soon unveils the secret of travelling on the head of a postage stamp and sends him and his pal on a whirlwind fantasy-filled, roller coaster ride.
