Its not just a simple hello or how are you, our online conversation is not just a simple message, in social media and with a use of social media apps, our conversation online is added with some entertainment value. I’m not sure if everyone will agree about this, but I’m sure some of you will give a nod and say that they are belong to this part of a group that enjoyed talking online with their friends and followers in a fun and informative way, I think that’s the reason why we are so hooked online.

We pinoys love cars because our land transportation around the city are the most reliable mode of transport if you want to go from point A to point B. Traffic and other vehicular incidents are widely discussed online, its not just about hot cars, but also a way of how you commute or drive safely around the crazy roads of Manila.


4. Adventure Hormones
Our beach escapades, summer travel, mountain hike and outdoor adventure this summer season are the main topics posted by users in social media, Filipinos love to show off online their best summer adventure, it’s a natural pinoy digital culture of 51% internet users and 55% of Wechat users talk about their surfing in La Union or their #Laboracay partying in Boracay.

5. The Beauty Bone
DIY stuff from fixing your hair, make up or the usual “how to tie a neck tie” are read through social media or asked in a survey through your friends, the topics under beauty are the 5th conversation driver in our local internet scene. Beauty and grooming is an open topic for all, because we pinoys love to be presentable whenever we go out to dine, watch concerts or swim in Pagudpod beach.
