DSC_0147

Cheers to Josiah's Catering for the success of their annual Taste X event, a carnival of food tasting added with amusement at the SMX SM Aura. Its my first time to attend the event and I can say that I super enjoyed the entertainment of circus acrobats, magicians and the comedy skits, but the most enjoyable part is to taste the different food provided by the food and resto brand of Josiah's Catering.

Yes its a food tasting event, this is a way of introducing the resto and food concept that was launched recently by Josiah's and also some resto brand that are present till now.

Scroll for more info below and see the resto and food brand that was re-launched at Taste X

Josiah's Catering is one of the most popular caterer and food provider in the industry for 27 years and I'm so excited that they decided to add more services like providing food for hotels. Few months ago they successfully launched Sartin restaurant in Summit Ridge Tagaytay, it was a start of their new venture in the F & B industry.

At Taste X they invited lots of people from the different industry and this is a chance for them to showcase the resto brand they carry. Im not familiar yet with others, but I only got a taste of Sartin restaurant in Tagaytay City and I'm very happy with the flavors they bring on the table. Imagine -- 3 flavors from different provinces can be ordered in the far south of Luzon.

Everything inside Taste X is very instagrammish, I think Josiah's Catering got caught up with the millennial fever that's why they added lots of colorful set up and a carnival theme.

But that's okay, for us who were there, we got attracted by the designs and also the entertainment provided for the guest.

Here's the food and resto concept launched by Josiah's Catering at TASTE X event.

1. Jet's Kitchen Cafe

I haven't tried yet their food, the resto is located in Sikatuna Village in QC and they opened last 2016. The food offered at Jet's Kitchen Cafe is their version of some popular international and Filipino dishes.

I should drop by sometime to taste their food. But here at Taste X I got a teaser of what they can offer.

2. Fat Daddy's Smokehouse

I've tried and taste the food at Fat Daddy's Smokehouse before, I first tried it when their branch in BGC was still open, but then they moved out of the Taguig and decided to have the branch at UP Town Center in QC.

I posted a food blog feature about, go check out - https://azraelsmerryland.blogspot.com/2017/08/fat-daddys-smokehouse-resto-that-make.html

-- At Taste X, the two restaurant, Fat Daddy's and Jet's share the same food concept, I'm not sure if the two share the same menu or some of their food is also serve in both restaurant.

3. Gyoza Bar

If you are a fan of gyoza and you just want to eat gyoza and don't mind to visit any Japanese resto just to eat it. Just look for the kiosk branches of Gyoza Bar, this new food concept from Josiah's Catering wanted to do is to make sure the gyoza is accessible to any place here in the metro.

So if you are a fan of gyoza and want to indulge yourself anytime and anywhere, go check out their branches posted at their FB page - https://www.facebook.com/pg/gyozabarph/posts/

4. Sartin

I've tasted and tried Sartin during their launch and also I visited them back for my birthday, I can say that their food offering is super good. Im a fan of pinoy dishes and the concept of bringing in at Tagaytay City the dishes from 3 provinces is a great move! I super love the kansi, the kare kare, the escabeche, humba and many more.

Go check out my blog post about it at https://azraelsmerryland.blogspot.com/2018/07/sartin-restaurant-by-josiahs-catering.html
