UFO lands in Jerusalem's Dome of the Rock Temple

This news was announced last January 31 across the internet, Youtube videos of the UFO that hovers and warps up to the sky after it stop on top of the Dome of the Rock Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The video above was taken by eye witnesses and showed 3 kinds of amateur videos taken using a video cam and a cellphone with camera. Most interesting footage is from another angle close to the roof of the temple.

Is this real?
is it a sign that 2012 is coming as the end of the world?\
or is this a viral marketing campaign for Battle Los Angeles movie?

Also last January 26th at 3:59am , I was bothered by this star that shines so bright and its big and later on the shines goes out and it went back again. I took a video and photo of it and because its so dark at night and my camera and flip cam can't take a good shot of it. But I have the photos here with me, with complete date and time. The video I took is no longer available, as I deleted it few days ago, I just think if this is the same glowing orb or UFO that floats around in Jerusalem.

Here's another tv spot trailer that came out during the Super Bowl, we finally saw some scenes from the upcoming third installment of Transformers movie. Looks like that Optimus Prime just merged again with Jetfire. We also saw new Decepticons on the tv spot and hmm is that a double Iron Hide?

Captain America: The First Avenger - 1st tv spot trailer

Marvel.com just uploaded the 1st tv spot of Captain America movie that was shown in Super Bowl last night. I can finally rest and saw a glimpse of the movie in this tv spot.

I also saw a glimpse of a lady touching Steve Roger's chest hahaha.

16th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2011 ( event list, tips and guide)

Everyone is preparing for the big hot air balloon fest in the country, The The 16th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta will start on Feb 10-13, 2010 at the Clark Economic Zone, Angeles City. Tickets are sold at P150 and you can buy tickets in advance in TicketNet or buy the tickets there at the ticketing booth infront of the entrance of the hot air balloon fiesta.

I advice to everyone that you buy your ticket in advance because many people buy their tickets on site and if you arrived late, you might miss the departure flight of the hot air balloons.It was announced on the event website that there will be 27 colorful hot air balloons participated for this event and the whole run of the fiesta is jam packed once again with lots of activities and exhibit.

New Live Action Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film

It is a new live action film that we saw after the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993) and Ninja Turtles: Next Mutation tv series (1997), but this new film is not a movie or a direct to video, its one of the web episodes or rumored to be a part of a web series of a new direction for TMNT using live action people in costume, the fan film's title is "FIGHT THE FOOT".

But the film is not an official release, its only a fan film created by a fan and with experience in film making. I think this gimmick is a pitch for an upcoming live action film for our heroes in a half shell, but I did some research and read that there are already plans for a 2011 live action come back movie and 3rd cartoon series of TMNT. We didn't read an update after that and after a year of the news broke out. It could be a pitch for the property of TMNT and producers of the film to have this kind of dark treatment, like a Dark Knight-Chris Nolan movie, or it could be a pitch of the movie producers for the fans of TMNT if they will accept a darker version and serious side of TMNT. It can be a reboot or something else.

But for me, I want a reboot, much more darker and follow the comics version that Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird created TMNT for Mirage Comics in 1984. But I still misses the 1st cartoon and I grew up with it and will love it forever. But a new movie for the old fan and new fan should be seen before the year ends.

The fan film shows a dark haired April O'Neal browsing some photos of a Foot gang member, then a Foot gang group barged in her apartment and beats April heavily, then in the dark, TMNT Raphael kills the gang group and saves April. ohh that is so cool!

Little Darth Vader in Volkswagen tv ad

I saw this cute tv commercial of Volkswagen floating in Youtube and to some other geek blogs. The tvc features a kid in a Darth Vader costume that roams around their house and tries using the dark side of the force. Then his dad came home riding the new Volkswagen car and the little Darth Vader used his force power to do the impossible.

Captain America: The First Avenger - 1st movie poster

Marvel.com released the 1st movie poster for the First Avenger: Captain America movie. The 1st trailer will also debut this Sunday at the Super Bowl XLV, we might expect a download link of that trailer maybe in Tuesday morning, so let the video trailer hunt begin!

Captain America: The First Avenger Movie will be available on July 22, 2011 in all theaters.

They started as an anime group, and then I gave them access to Toy Con to help me in covering the event and do the 1st live web streaming of it, and then I endorsed them to our Toy Con group to be part of our team and support group, giving instructions or teaching them is no longer required, because these guys are very professional and well prepared in handling pop culture and otaku events in the country.

The Toy Con family is growing every year and I'm glad that we met Anime Alliance Philippines in an early stage to absorb each other and to help promote this amazing hobby that everyone loves.

Shopping at Digital Walker Zoom camera store in GB5

I always visit this store whenever I drop by to Greenbelt 5, and my eyes pops up last year when I first stumbled this store on the top floor of GB5. They have a wide range of camera accessories and gears, the last time I went here is that when I hunt for accessories and gear for my Olympus E520, I was looking for a Olympus flash unit and then I saw that they have stocks inside that display cabinet, I went back in the next month and plan to buy that flash unit, but I found out that all of their stocks are sold out, they say that I can place an order and wait for a couple of months, but I decided not to order and use my money to other stuff. Then I went back to this store few weeks ago, all loaded and ready to rumble hahaha. I purchase some stuff needed for my camera, and because that I practice flash photography today and using that Php 800 flash unit, I decided to grab some diffuser and other stuff for my camera.

photo coverage: Tang Pulpy launching at SM Mall of Asia

It becomes clear to me now about that giant Mango standing infront of SM North EDSA that I saw last Sunday and I didn't bring up a clue that it was for the Tang Pulpy event and I wasn't aware also that the explosion mastermind Pulp-X is one of the good guys and the inventor of the Tang Pulpy Orange and Mango juice drinks. The event started off with a live fireworks display at SM North EDSA and at SM Megamall, we watch the live webcast of the 2 malls fireworks display here at SM Mall of Asia via video wall.


The Tang Pulpy launch is very colorful and in time for the Chinese New Year celebration. The event was attended by bloggers, media and GMA 7 celebrities. The launch is about Tang's new innovated juice drink, the powdered juice drink has now a pulpy fruit once it dissolves on water that gives an explosion fruity taste on our taste buds.

been busy for the past 3 days and im glad that all of my docu works are nearly complete. I can rest and go back in the blogging circulation. I also missed lots of events to attend and cover for my blog and print, and I also failed to finish a project and it leaves me zero income for the week. But I will work it out again and start fresh for a new month this February. More updates, more coverages and more goodies coming your way from Azrael's Merryland.
