For our 4th Christmas Around the PH blog series, we are here again in Cebu City, the Queen City of the South, featuring the biggest and largest Christmas village diorama ever that I have seen, I'm not sure if this is the biggest, but according to our contact at SM City Cebu, this is the biggest that they have for this year.
I just learned that every year they organize a Christmas Village diorama on display for the Christmas season and the owner of the entire set up are from a couple who are avid collectors of Christmas villages ceramic diorama miniatures.
So expect that their collection grew more for this year, I think 4th or 5th year exhibit here in SM City Cebu.
The 2016 exhibit is titled "Christmas Village of Hope"
The exhibit will run til January 7, 2017
The Christmas Village Hope can be visited at the Atrium of SM City Cebu's North Wing.
Access is FREE!
Photo op and selfie are also free!
The giant Christmas tree center piece can also be found here, surrounded by Christmas village backdrop for photo op for kids and also a live pianist performance playing Christmas songs daily.
Our Bears of Joy are back!! Here we spotted Merry the bear photo bombing the busy viewing of Juander Bear.

CHRISTMAS VILLAGE OF HOPE
The highlight of the Christmas Village of Hope exhibit are the newly acquired different kinds of Churches around the world. The collectors of this diorama almost have it all, and now they started to complete the entire Church building that existed from different parts of the world.

If you noticed that there are lots of number signs and names on each Christmas village house, they are numbered because the exhibit invites everyone to ADOPT one building for a price of PHP 5,000 for one house and PHP10,000 for a bigger and with moving vehicles.
Adopting one building will be good for the entire year, and when you adopt a Christmas village here at the Christmas Village of Hope, you also donate all the cash to SM Care's beneficiary -- the Kythe Foundation, an organization that helps and takes care of kids stricken with cancer and chronic illness.
The number of villages here at the exhibit is around 700+ , and the adopted villages are almost 70%
